Ok, basically it is post Devil Wears Prada, the book ending. Andrea is in the hospital and much to the shock of her and her parents, Miranda pays for the bill. I think it was on fanfiction.net, but was also posted on livejounal. Please, help me find the fanfic.

Is that the one where Andy displays ZERO stress after receiving a very violent, painful, potentially fatal wound? I thought it was a little strange how the gunshot trauma was so quickly and completely forgotten.
