I had an idea, I read several that somehow Andy suffers accidents and communicates with Miranda, and could consider a different scenario, in which Miranda somehow falls into a coma, and that attempts to communicate with Andy, but that at the beginning it can only follow the events, like the Twins it comforting and caring for them, after discovering Andy's feelings for her, may be the hospital room in a desperate moment for Andy.
