plagiarism in Fanvids
Hi recently there was a discussion about plagiarism on stories.
I would just like to say it is just as annoying when you work very hard on a Fanvid to come up with ideas and effects then someone comes along and just takes your idea. Oh yes they change it (sometimes butcher it) just enough so that they think it now belongs to them.
I spend days sometimes weeks to make some effects, to make them look as realistic as possible. Then someone comes and posts a vid with very familiar scenes. It is even worse when you make a fair, yet just post (not rude or mean in the slightest) to that person and they delete it.
So I will post up my Vid to the scene that I spent hours and days on for a 5sec bit of film. Which I made to give people a smile and a bit of Mirandy love. Thank you to the person who took my smile and deleted my comments. You know the saddest part. I would have liked your vid if you had used all your own ideas. It’s hard enough coming up with something original as it is without people messing with yours.
