Serena's wife is Emily who doesn't work at Runway or in fashion. I'm not sure what job she has. Some job where she's still neurotic but is creative. Maybe an artist or a writer?
Miranda (who was never the Editor-in-Chief of Runway) is a famous influential fashion designer with her own hugely successful company.
Andy and Miranda meet, fall in love, and live happily-ever-after.
