WE ARE GOING TO ITALY IN MAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they just told us this morning (like 1 period ago in homeroom) that the juniors and seniors are going to go to Italy in May for ten days and nine nights! it's right in the middle of the month and according to the letter me and Maggie will be there for our birthdays! we are going for like dirt cheap too... the cost for roundtrip airfare, bus transportation, room and board, food, and entrance fees to museums for all ten days and nine nights will cost us $1650 when it would normally cost about $3000! we are going to do a bunch of fundraising and there are scholoarships and stuff so that we can all get the money to go if we couldn't normally afford it... therefore the trip is going to cost us even less!!! we are getting our own villa with a pool and tennis court and all the Italian goodness. it is about 35 kilometers outside of Florence so we are going to be right near a major city. we are going to be living with a professor and some of our teachers are going to go with us. this trip is normally going to be for juniors but they didn't want our class to misso out on it so the trip is going to take the place of our senior service project. I'm so freaking excited right now. the excitement and the news has like just set in and I can't sit still or concentrate. me and Kristin are planning on going shopping for Italy... I'm going to Italy with the montourage!!!!!!
