True Blood! :D because opening credits are pretty much perfect. The song is amazing, fits the show well, the sequence itself is edited in a really cool way and simply by watching it you get a feel of what the show is about.
other favorites of mine are : Dexter, Durham County, Big Bang Theory, Six Feet Under and Stark Raving Mad (Bonus points if you've actually heard of this!) and Nip/Tuck.
