Yeah, I feel sorry for her not remembering but I also think that it would be so much harder for her to move on if she did remember and I think that this relationship already fucked up Buffy in enough ways, she doesn't really need more pain.
Redefinition and Epiphany are some of my favorite episodes as well and I adored Waiting in the Wings and Not Fade Away :)
