Serious post...for real this time....
Guys I am so relieved!!! As you all know I’ve been looking for an apartment/townhouse to buy so I can move out, and today I finally found one! I spent 2 hours filling out paper work & filling out mortgage info. I had to put money down to hold a contract so no one else would buy the house so now I am broke…sucks. Now I have to wait for all the paperwork to be approved and such, and then of course the closing. With some luck everything will go smoothly and I wont be declined. Then ill be able to move in after the closing
