I have confirmed information on the identities of our new M/S Chair and AP Bio Teacher from a letter I received in the mail today and that y'all should also receive today or tomorrow. The new M/S Chair is Dr. Stephen Curry from Georgia College and State University. "He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics and a Computer Science minor. He has worked in different capacities at Wesleyan College, Spring Hill, University of South Alabama and Montevallo. He has had extensive experience in curriculum development with an emphasis on critical thinking, organizing and implementing professional development, and supervising student research."
The new AP Bio teacher is Ryan Reardon. He's from UAB's CORD Department and the McWane Center. He is extremely passionate about Biology and Biotech, as well as running. He's an avid marathon runner.
