I finished my exam around a week ago. After being constantly busy with assignments and exams for 2 months, I suddenly missed my mom's cooking very much. Luckily, I've taken notes the last time she cooked soto when my parents came to visit. And here is the recreation of my mom's soto!

Honestly, I seldom cook. But I felt very happy when I cook, haha..
Of course, to make these 'cooking-effort' more worth-while, I cooked one big pot of it. I thought by doing so, me and my sis don't need to worry about food supply for..maybe a week? But, we were too excited and finished the whole pot in just 2 days. Hmmm...
