Ah, so classes begin again.

Yesterday I embarked on my journey through the beginning of the Winter Semester here at AI. Registration here is the biggest headache. But, I think I finally put a stop to my mailing problem....Somehow my street address changed in the system from "34 Richardson Ave" to "34 Rich Anderson Ave". Ha! Too bad I've tried to fix it about 3 times.

Word of Advice : Don't sleep through a Midterm, especially not if is a class that is a prerequisite for two classes you need to take the following semester... I got lucky. My schedule is not too bad. I even get to keep all my classes. I got my usual schedule Mon-Wed. With a little work in between and following the days.

Work is great. Well how can work be great? Work isn't too bad, we'll say. The idea of work is strenuous and causes stress. But work itself is fun/interesting/educational/rewarding. Working 40+ hrs and maintaining a full class load can be done! I'm doing it no problem....well none yet?

Picked up schrecka from the airport on Sunday evening. I pulled my car over near the entrance to Terminal E (just like many other people) and threw my hazards on. Met up with Schreck and found out his luggage was almost lost/ it was coming in momentarily. So I went back out to my car about 15 mins later. I now have a citation and a cop starts yelling at me. heres how it went:

COP: Is this your car?
ME: Yes.
COP: Well you better fucking move it...its been here for 45 minutes! I got a fucking tow truck on the way!
ME: Ok. It's actually only been here about 15 minutes.
COP: NO...What are you a smart-ass?
ME: (Getting into car) No sir. I'm not being a "smart-ass"
COP: (Sneeringly) Alright...give me your fucking licence and registration.
(I hand it to him)
COP: Okay wait here...

At this point im thinking...wasn't it pretty important to him that I moved my car? So now just to be a hard-ass cop, hes being a hyporcrate and having my car sit here longer just to attempt to make me sweat.. He came back five minutes later and asked what i was going to do, so I moved my car. ha! I hoped he was gonna give me more of a hard time just cause he was a prick and ?I wasnt intimidated.

Sometimes the idea of authority really gets to people's heads.
