I don't know why relationships end up being so complicated. The majority of people seem to base the foundation of relationships on complications. Maybe they give them some sense of security? I'm not sure. I don't know when love stopped being unconditional and began to be so inconsistent

Everything happens for a reason. Those who are in our lives allow us to feel emotions and feelings that we here on earth were blessed to feel.
He was put in your life so you could get physically stronger and more confident. Once this feeling of hurt has passed you will feel like a million bucks, i promise.
You will og through a hundred more heart breaks, a thousand more lets downs, and a million more cry days. But just be blessed that you were made to feel, and if you wernt able to feel, then you would be a walking carpet. Someone that people would take advantage of, and walk all over.
You have enough self awareness to say to yourself that everything is going to be ok. Even though right now may feel like your world has crumbled down around you, it really hasnt.

You can tell your mind a hundred times to stop caring, but its your heart that has a hard time listening.
Give yourself time, and try to get out as much as possible. Do something fun, and laugh; because i promise you, your heart will feel like a million bucks when you do.

If your in too much pain, ill be there. Ill try to get out there to be with you.
