Today we made the final decision: the old help comes back and the new one comes (without the agency) to help with things more pleasurable, but as necessary as the homework.
So I keep the friend I did not want to loose, she has a little extra for 1 or 2 Fridays every 2 weeks, depending on what to do and how much time she herself does have.
This is a good solution, for Eloise, who is younger, is not so talkative and works for 2 straight hours, and is happy with that.
Antoinette can help with the gardening, bills, buying some shoes (nobody wants to help you fit in the stores nowadays, strange but true) and we have time to conversation during some handy craft and so we have the best of the world.
She even can help Ed scanning his last photo's, and he is liking her too.
My world is going to be a bit less lonely, with a husband that either is behind his pc or sleeps, unless there is something that can catch his attention on telly, and that is mostly soccer or fighting-sports...
