What you see is a very shocked Will that is bleeding from his lips, he has clearly just woken up. When he licks his lips you can see his teeth. They look deadlly sharp, not in the least bit human. Also, his skin is tinted in green, it has a sheen to it to....

There is also sound coming from outside his cabin, not panicked but definitly upset.
