I know how I'm gonna make my millions... hear me out.
I am just 'guessing' that a large percentage of people who buy mcdonalds breakfast eat it in the car... or at least try to.
I'm going to make a car-friendly ketchup-ready hashbrown.
3 options I can think of.
1. Perhaps the ketchup can easily be injected into an empty tubal area in the middle after it's done cooking...
2. Or maybe the potato shreds could be tossed with ketchup before being made into the patty.
3. OR the ketchup could come in thin sheets shaped like hashbrowns... (think peanutbutter slices www.pbslices.com)
... I'll have to work on it... But it's gonna be HUGE.
Of course, they'll still carry the regular kind for those who don't like ketchup. UNLESS they go with the sheets of ketchup, in which case no changes will need to be made to the hashbrown itself.
