*Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you'recomfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple andfandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") tomedium ("I wish for _____on DVD") to really big ("All I want forChristmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is,make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
* Ifyou wish for real life things (not stories or icons), make sure youinclude some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's youraddress or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves)could get in touch with you.
* Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.
*Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just randomjournals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's theimportant part:
* If you see a wish you can grant, and it's inyour heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone'strash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don'twant or a gift certificate you won't use-or even know where you couldget someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free-do it.
* Youneedn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn'tto put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someoneelse's holiday elf-to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously ornot-it's your call.
* There are no rules with this project, noguarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might cometrue. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowingyou made someone's holiday special.
1.
Anything from my Amazon Wishlist. 2. Icons. I always want personalized icons/icons to call my own.
3. Fics. About any of my fandoms.
4. I love stationary. Like, weird, quirky paper of all shapes and sizes. So anything like that.
5. I've spent my life looking for the perfect journal. Paper journal. Something that embodies me. That would work, too.
6. Umh, purses. I love purses. It's a vice.
7. Money. I'm running a little short.
8. Necklaces. I don't have enough and I love them. I'll wear pretty much anything.
9. It may seem weird, but jeans. I have, like, 2 pairs. I also want more plaid pants. For many reasons.
10. You. Yes, you. I want you to come visit me. Or call me. Or send me a card. All of it. Gimme. :D
