Birdie, I wish you'd pick up your phone. I've been trying to call you since Sunday, your birthday, and let's just say that me picking up a phone and dialing a number is not a common occurence. What exactly have they given you to manage the pain? I'm hoping you were fortunate enough to receive a script for some oxycodone or, at the very least, some norcos.

In my experience, diphenhydramine might potentiate opioids, pushing the dose from "pain management" to "recreational". Also, tagamet and some grapefruit juice of high concentration (100% if possible) will prolong the nod. I'd reccommend 25-50mg of diphenhydramine and a glass of grapefruit juice 30 minutes before the fact and a second glass of grapefruit juice 15 minutes after the fact (if you can mangage). This only works if administering orally and if you have a liver.

I understand. I like pain killers because they make my eyes look really nice. I don't have any grapefruit juice. Why Tagamet? My nurse liked me a lot I think, so he just gave me some 10/650 for free.. and those are great, but there's only one left. I'm thinking of just taking more of the 5/500 lorcets, I mean, my throat really hurts anyway, but logically, I don't actually think I can have a liver. My middle name will eventually become Acetaminophen.

That particular site describes codeine, but the method works with any salt highly soluable in water. The necessity for a CWE depends largely on your tolerance/dose. I wouldn't reccommend taking more than four grams of APAP per day, but four grams won't kill you.

Well, I'm sorry, I just don't quite understand what the cimetidine would be doing. I don't mean to be dumb.

I have, but for now, I'm trying to stray away from going about things like that. I mean, fuck it--if my liver dies, then that's what happened. I don't really feel like making any sort of mini lab. It freaks me out. Strangely, they want me to take four grams of it a day. Thank you, though, again.
