Again it’s been a while since I’ve updated. The week before thanksgiving break went fine. I had some homework but other than that it was a pretty easy stress free week. I didn’t know if I was going to get into Seattle on that Friday or Saturday, but some Pullman guys were going to be in Seattle Friday so I thought why not, the pass was going to be better than Saturday traffic and weather wise! The drive turned out to be horrible. There was sooo much fog all through eastern and western Washington. It was dangerous to drive. I did one stupid thing on the road. I got stuck behind a line of 25 or so cars in the fog that were doing 40 in a 65. The fog did not necessitate going that slow. So after following for 20 min. I saw an opening and passed all 25 cars, half at a time. That was dangerous, but hey other people did it too!! Hahaha
The weekend went ok. I got fairly tipsy but not obliterated…yet. There was some drama between some friends and I but it was a simple miss understanding, just the way it is 90% of the time. Being out on the town was nice and it was so great to see everyone around. It’s such a treat to me to spend some time with friends out on the town.
During the middle of the week I worked for the city of Renton. Everything went fine and smooth. The only day that the co-worker that hates me could have worked with me, she took the day off. It’s so funny, she is so childish. My boss thinks its ridiculous so its good he’s on my side! I also got to hang out with my family, my dad in particular, which was great. We worked on remodeling the bathroom and things around the house. A new starbucks opened around my house so we had to check that out a couple of time! Its great to spend time with the fam. I also got to spend some time with my high school friends. We checked out the EMP liquid lounge and that was a fun time. The live cover band was quite good actually.
Thanksgiving was spent at home. It was great because I haven’t been home for 4 years for thanksgiving. We had some family friends over and my half sister and her husband. The food was excellent; we had 11 people and a 22 lb turkey! I have lots of leftovers for dinner now!
Friday was a bad night out on the town. I drank far too much and kind of made a disgrace of myself. Not that I think I pissed too many people off, but I kinda let myself down. It’s just not classy to be so out of control, but it happens I guess. I know I made some people mad and frustrated and for that I apologize. I will be better. Saturday I was far to hung over to do anything. I had to tell my family why I was so ill and not eating and just sleeping all day. That made me feel like crap. Later in the evening I got together with the high school friends and we all went for dinner. I finally ate something and felt better. Also Saturday the Pullman crew was back in town and we all went out. I also tried meeting up with my high school friends on the town with the Pullman people but that didn’t work out so well. Sunday I went and met up with one of my best friends, hung out and got to take his new motorcycle out for a spin. I needed that motorcycle ride. After my accident I hadn’t been on a bike and it just felt good and a boost I needed. Plus I was nervous about riding again anyway. It’s such a sweet and amazing bike. I made it back to Pullman Sunday night in time for desperate housewives and gray’s anatomy. After that it’s just been class, homework and the gym. Sorry for the long post but that’s what’s up. Hope all is amazing with everyone.
