My all-time favorite scene. Nate gave Jenny the courage to realize her dream and he was the only one that mattered when it did.
Plus, that kiss made time slow down. <3

Nate: What are you talking about?! You're lucky I showed up when I did! That was a bad scene, Jenny.
Jenny: No, it wasn't. We were dancing around in our underwear, not making a porno!

Jenny: No, no ever! I would never let myself get into a situation like that. I know what I'm doing, Nate!
Nate: I know you think you do but that guy was taking advantage of you!
Jenny: Okay, you are not my father and you are not my brother, so why do you care so much?
Nate: Because.
*A shocked Jenny leans in and kisses Nate*
*After Nate just stands there, she tries to run away embarassed. Nate grabs her by the arm and pulls her toward him. He kisses her back passionately.*

One of the most passionate first kisses ever (or kisses period really). Plus, Nate's confession was simple and real. He can't help but be drawn to her and want to protect her. He cares so much about her. It's hard for him to let his emotions come out with her because he's so scared of them. He views his feelings for her as forbidden and something that could never ever happen, but sometimes things are so crazy and heightened and he slips out of that practiced control. One of these days he'll realize that all of THIS is because he loves her and wants to be with her and nobody else. <3

Jenny: I heard about you dad. I’m sorry. Well if it makes you feel any better my family is not doing that great either. You know I actually didn’t wanna come to Blair's party, as much as I just wanted to get out of my house.
Nate: Yeah, I know the feeling. Blair’s birthday present [hands Jenny the box].
Jenny: Your mother's ring. Blair told me about. Wow it’s beautiful.
Nate: I know, I’m supposed to give it to Blair tonight.
Jenny: I’m guessing that wasn’t your idea?
Nate: Blair and I broke up, and I know it was the right thing to do. I mean we shouldn’t be together right now, you know?
Jenny: You sound like you’re pretty sure of that.
Nate: I am. And as much as I wanna do the right thing and help out my parents, it’s just...it's not fair. I mean to me, or to Blair. I just think that if I do this now when does it ever stop?
Jenny: It only stops when you stop it.
This was the scene that made me a shipper. These two met under unique circumstances and at this point barely knew each other, but that didn't stop them from pouring their hearts out and telling each other the secrets they couldn't tell anyone else. <3

Jenny: Uhm...I'll meet up with you guys, ok?
Nate: Hey, so I may have told Blair you told me the truth about her and Chuck. And I'm sure she didn't react recall to that. But you don't know what you're dealing with here
Jenny: Oh, I'm not scared of Blair, Nate.
Nate: No, I'm not talking about...I'm talking about your new circle. I mean they've been friends with Blair forever and look what they're doing to her. I mean, you fall out of line what you think's gonna happen to you?
Jenny: Well then I won't fall out of line.
Nate: I'm not saying you're gonna... It's just, you're not like those girls Jenny.
Jenny: It's weird Nate, since they are my friends you'd think we have some stuff in common.
Nate: Okay. Well I will give you this: you've got good aim.
