Since you work with tuna I have a tuna question for you. The other day I had this burning desire for a tuna melt. So I go to make it only to discover that I'm all out of mayo. About a day and half later I get this crazy idea to use ranch instead of mayo. (the passion for a tuna melt still hadn't left my mindset)

So I'm thinkink I like tuna, I like bacon, I like cheese and I like ranch. I figure all them ingridents could easily make a all-star sandwhich line up. So I go to make this what i would assume to be an all-star delicacy only to find that I'm also out of bread. you can't even fathom the hatered and angry that was growing inside of my stomach.

In your professional opinion, do you feel that ranch would be an acceptable substitute for the mayo?

also, mark is becoming a trucker. he will be driving all over the country. are you in chicago still? He'll be riding buddies with his dad until he passes his road test. Possible travel in a big rig could be in your future. you must learn the big rig song to do this.

love,

Eric

the song goes...

"There's (count in numbers to 18, in the next verse you do even numbers then odds and so on and so forth until you do it in pie)and they're rolling (9x) all day long"
