a second post :-O
Dare I say I am going to be getting back into the habit of posting? We'll see. I feel that since I started at purolator, I have less personal time... I mean, it may also have something to do with me having got used to being in the appt for 6 months but I dont know.
Anywho... So far I'v been to the gym 3 times. I'm still taking it super slow... lol, so slow in fact that it's a great thing I dont have too big of an ego:P I'm sure most of the girls at th gym can lift more weight then what I've been using. But I dont want to rush into it. I mean yeah I would love to see results asap but, I'd rather make this a lasting thing. But, hopefuly by this time next week, I will be able to start doing a different workout. Right now I'm just circuit trainning... basically meaning I'm doing all my body parts on the same day... I only do 3 sets of about 15 reps per body part using relatively light weight...
When I'm back into the grove, I will be doing a 4 day split... Which is breaking up my body into 4 different groups (back/chest, biceps/triceps, shoulders/traps/delts and legs...) and each day is a new split. The reason for this is to be able to have enough energy everyday to really get the most sets into the workout (in the end, it's the most reps but... lol) By doing so, I can push my muscles to almost failure (i try to go to failure but, without a training partner, it makes it hard to do so) and have the next 5 to 7 days to recover.
In other news, I'm still waiting for my income tax check... Once I do get it however, the car search will go into overdrive and I hope to have a car by june... I know the smart thing to do would be to pay off my debt with it... But if I have a car, I will spend less money on other things. I mean yes it will increase expenses on gas, insurance and maintenance... But I will be able to hurry home after work and eat there (I have prolly spent AT LEAST 1500-2000 dollars on food, snacks and other b.s. since I started at purolator... if you average it, it's only 8$ a day since i started... yikes, im prolly at like 5000$ then:s)... Anyways, and I will also be able to do more over time.
I also have plans to take a bartending course on the weekends to get my licnse. It takes 4 weeks, and it's once a week. It will cost 550$ (which will prolly come from my income tax check) Anyways, this is a long post and chances are most people will skip right on by so to those of you who made it this far, hugs! and i wish you all a great weekend coming up!!!!! I'm happy to be a part of the lj comunity again, even if it is only been 3 days:P HUGE HUGS!!! (i apologize for my bad paragraph seperations:P i tried to make it more visualy pleasing... (yes, for you Aggie;) ) but I only did it afterwards :P )
