I'm really loving paperbackswap.com, It was kinda a pain in the butt to pay for shipping, since I posted like 12 books all at once. It felt like all at once, they needed to be mailed, and I didn't want to disappoint anyone, so I sent them right out. But I've been getting books back for the ones I sent out, and it's so cool to see them come in the mail. At first my thoughts were, "Do I really want to give away my books? I mean if Keith and I ever split, I'll be out all of my part of Ranma 1/2." Don't get me wrong, I still think about that, which is why I'm not posting the first volume, it was the first manga I bought. But still, it's going to suck if anything does happen, cause I am now almost totally out of them. I guess on the bright side, I have all new(to me) books. So far I got:
No need for Tenchi vol 1-2
Othello (the shojo, not the yaoi) 1-2
Peacemaker Kurogane 1-3
Kenshin vol 18
NGE vol 2
Sorcerer Hunters vol 2
All about Chobits (wah, it's in Japanese)
Tsubasa vol 1
101 Damnations: A Humorist personal tour of Hell
King of Hell vol 1
X-day vol 1
I really feel like it's been worthwhile to post them, cause I'm getting back new books that I've never read or books to continue on series that I got side tracked from. And to me, it's so cool to see the books come in the mail, cause I don't feel like I've spent a whole lot of money to get as many books as I have. I still have a few more I need to post, but I can't afford to ship them, so I'm waiting. A lady in CA that I've already traded 4 volumes of Ranma 1/2 is looking for 5 more that I have, so I'll pass them on her. And I have a few comics that I got and ended up not really caring for, so those will go to. Either way, I'll get more books for them, so yay~
