Date set for departure
Well today CT called and told me that I was excepted and asked me to set a start date. I choose October 9th so I can get paid the 8th at WJCC. Cause I'd like to have money when I go, it's nice and I'm sure that it will get used at training for the dumb things I'm sure I'll forget. So October 9th I'm leaving on a jet plane (dunno if I'll be back again). I have time to start packing up my room which is going to be a rather hard task. I'll have to figure out what I want to keep and what I don't need.
Today the WJCC held their first monthly award ceramony, to award students that have finished their trade, and classes. I got my knives for completing my trade, and to my suprise I was awarded the Culinary Student of the month, Positive Behavior Role Model of the month, WJCC Female student of the month(my names in the lobby, nifties~) and an Honor Student(scary thought, I know). Mind you I was not expecting these and I was as suprised as my class mates to get them.
I was kinda ticked later when I over heard some girls on the bus comment "That bitch thinks she deserves those things." Well you dumb whores, I still don't think I deserve the female student of the month award since I think there are other girls that have done more on center then I have. So to the gaggle of stupid bitches on the Dart route 9, maybe if you shut the fuck up and did the work that you came to job corps to do, you could get to where I am, and I truly hope someone says the same things about you that you've said about me. But as for everything else, I've busted my ass coming in everyday and I've gone more then the extra mile for my training and I've worked too hard to let your stupid comments make me feel bad about getting the culinary student of the month award.
So today was a good day, got my knives, got some awards, my DVD came in the mail and I got paid~ I hope that tomorrow is good tomorrow, cause it's kinda mean to have me feeling good and then throw me a shitty day.
