I am tired.
I graduate in a matter of weeks. What are my plans? I have no immediate plans. Where will I be living this summer? Well, as of now, I'll be living in Chicago after I graduate, looking for work. I may be here through May or June, but my lease expires on June 30. If I haven't already found a job and moved at that point, I will likely move to Austin, DC or NoVA, or San Antonio, I suppose. It's kind of up in the air at this point. I'm currently corresponding with someone regarding a documentary screenwriting opportunity, but we'll see how that works out. I'll be back in San Antonio for a week or so in early June for my sister's high school graduation. I will not be attending my own graduation.
I haven't been doing much lately; working on my thesis and doing other bullshit schoolwork, substance abuse and secret relationships. I'm tired of this city. I made some friends, had some fun, but I need a change of scenery.
I'm pretty sure I'm smarter than everyone in my thesis class, and possibly most people at the school. That's both ego-boosting and dispiriting.
