In all situations, we are either masters or we are slaves. Whether the interaction is between a son and a father, a husband and wife, a boyfriend and girlfriend, or just a chance encounter with a stranger that leads to conversation; we are all masters or slaves. There is no such thing as equality, unless you count animal farm equality. In all interactions one must either force their desires one everyone, or one must concede to others' desires. I don't need lash marks on my back to know that I am a slave to everyone.
