Can't wait

I've been watching Rupaul's Drag Race (the awesome show that's a cross between Project Runway and America's Next Top Model, but with Drag Queens!) religiously. I can't wait for tomorrow night when I get to watch it with a friend.

I went to the Financial District and it was like a maze of skyscrapers. It's peaceful to walk around on a Sunday afternoon though. Treated myself to some Wendy's nuggets and tried their new sea salt "natural" fries. They were fine and I love salt on anything.

Midtown Comics is a chain of comic book stores in the city that has a lot of customers. Despite the state of the economy, they opened a new store last November and it is still there as of this day. It has survived so far, so I hope they can last forever because people need to know that there is a market for comic books, comic figurines, and other products of subculture!

I also went to SoHo to look at the booming business of a patisserie, chocolate cake restaurant, and creperie that had opened up a block away from the popular Pinkberry located in that area. Oh, so fancy. Oh, so French! I love all sugary temptations.

Oh yeah, I still have a Black and White "Chess" cookie from a place called Big Booty Bakery after getting it from work yesterday. They had a Dulce De Leche cupcake which was yummy, and a chocolate croissant which was o.k., and a Pan De Yuca which was a sort of sweet and buttery bread roll. Not bad at all!
