(no subject)
It's 1:3o in the morning and Stephanie and I are up chatting and eating vegan chocolate chip cookies I made today; they're pretty good. Oh and watching Lizze McQuire, apparently.
I had a great weekend. Friday Mark and I ventured out to see A SunDial. They sounded amazing, it really was a good show. We left a bit early; I wish we had stuck around for Chiodos Brothers at least; oh well. Lisa got us free pins and that's all that really matters in the end.
Saturday I went home and Jake came over and than we picked up Will and the three of us drove up to Battle Creek for Morgan's show. They sounded amazing, and they got a really good response from the crowd, which half surprised me only because of the "atmosphere", we'll say. lol. I mean, the first band consisted of a huge dirty guy with numerous tatoos, one leg, and ragged clothes, a bald drummer wearing all black, and this bassist with long, stringy hair. There were a lot of young people there, though. Aaron made me videotape the whole thing so I made sure to zoom in on every person going into the bathroom next to the stage (and also coming out). Afterwards we went to Andy's so I didnt get home til 2:30 but I had lotsa fun and it was good to see everyone. Im so proud of them, their cd sounds amazing.
Well Im starting to get sleepy and I do have class tomorrow so I think Im going to head off to bed now.
