(no subject)
i've been in acton, california for the past week. watching the hills burn and smoke blow by. my whole body is peeling. the air is so dry that moisture doesn't have a chance to stick around very long. i've got a good nose sunburn. my hair looks foreign to me...i haven't seen it this straight since i was 12. this is a nice vacation from humidity. i'm trying to send letters everyday. i'm trying to learn more songs on the guitar my dad gave me. he has a home made banjo too. made from a cookie tin and tamborine.
i still haven't ridden those horses that are out there. kind of stupid since that's all i've really wanted to do.
i'm making photo copies and drinking a lot of coffee.
appparently they're giving me their volvo station wagon. i'll believe it when it's in texas.
