(no subject)
I got back from my trip to North Dakota yesterday. I had such a good time back there, despite it being 14degrees and below the entire time. I hung out with the Hoff side for Thanxgiving. We all met at the nursing home because Grandma is recovering after a bad fall. My gay cuz Tison was there, so he my brother Delton and I went out to the truck several times to smoke out. The next day we went out to the Hauck farm where I went hunting with my cousins and then while having another Thanxgiving dinner found out from Grandma that we're not actually German, but Ukrainian. She also gave me Hauck history book that has my family's heritage dating back to the mid 1800s. I am only the third generation Hauck that was born in the U.S. It was great to chat with family I haven't seen in YEARS, I even got to chat with extended family that I'd never met. The train ride home was kinda fun. I had a window seat and saw a bunch of cool shit and also had a place to prop up my head when I slept. It snowed all the way threw Montana, then I found out it was snowing in Seattle too, I hope this is a snowy winter for us here. I'm very glad I got to go on this trip, I defiantly reconnected with my family. I also feel a stronger connection to Garet after being away for 6 days. Wish he could have been with me. Maybe next summer we can take a trip back there. What do you think Dude, we can get a Sleeper Car on the train and be naked the whole way. ;)
