Thanks! 2015 Ford Fiesta S. I'm not much of a car person either. I mostly wanted something with good gas mileage and didn't want to chance getting a bad used car. As long as I take car of him, he'll last for years so I figure it's kind of an investment in some ways.
It does. This might sound awful, but I feel like I meet so many of the same types of people here. I go to the bar with an ex-coworker from time to time, and even when we do meet new people it feels like I'm having the same conversation over and over. At work, I expect that. There are only so many conversations you can have with people there. When I was away, I never knew what the conversations would be about. I was never bored meeting new people. Nowadays, I really don't feel like it.
I think it's just fear. I've worked with the company for so many years and it is so comfortable now. Even being at a new store, I know how to do that job. I am glad to be a manager now, because I do feel like I'm learning how to be more of a leader now. I just know I can't do this forever. Not even factoring in the money, I just can't work retail my entire life.
Yeah, I totally get that. On Wednesday we have our first "autumn party" where all coworkers are invited. Gonna be food, music and maybe dancing and that's just completely aqward for me because I don't like some of them and I don't wanna share private stuff with most of them but small talk alone will definitely kill me there, lol
