Here is what I got on my Valentine, a loaf of home made bread and a jar of sauerkraut. The bread took two days to bake and it is really a masterpiece, one of the best tastes ever. The recipe from Tartine bakery in San Francisco takes 27 pages with pictures. The sauerkraut is charged with good microbes and a tea spoon a day "keeps a doctor away". So here we go - sustenance and health, all made with love without any industrial products. Even the yeast was made from scratch.
