rather hyper reactions to "the real world"
I've been trying to cut down on computer/internet usage in the last couple of days, but I had to come online to talk about the latest SGA episode:
Oh, wow. What a fantastic episode. Elizabeth was FANTASTIC, and she was absolutely gorgeous/adorable when she put her hair up in that cute little ponytail! She needs to put it up more often. It's just ... EEE!
And there was Sedge! And her mother, and the pocket-watch, and freaky mindfucks and Niam (he may be evil, but he does seem to be here to stay). And, of course, the J/E. John appearing in her delusions -- and I guessed it was him from the beginning, even though I managed to talk myself into thinking that it was Simon for a while. (Having John -- and only John -- appear in Elizabeth's delusions seemed just a little too shippy. Not for me, but for the producers, who used to seem seem seemed hell-bent on not resolving the ship issue one way or another.)
Ooh! And the ending. Oh. Wow. I mean, yes, John had the whole speech in "Sateda" which means that he'd do it for any one of them, but ... EEE! The sacrifice! And when he didn't even know that he could save her by doing that!
I was bouncing off the walls and shrieking about it being the best episode ever. Which may or may not actually be true, but ... OMG. Elizabeth was SO FUCKING FANTASTIC. *loves*
Also, is it just me, or do Elizabeth's freckles get more visible with every passing season?
