i don't has it.
i have spent soooo way too much money in the last week or so, but eh. i think i've actually stopped caring i'm in debt all the time. it's just... i could save, be out of debt, save some more and stay out of debt with moderate purchases, live a non-materialistic lifestyle, blah blah blah...
or i could buy stuff now, and be happy now, and feel like i'm not a total slave to my bank balance.
and while i know this is no healthy way to live my financial life: i don't really care anymore. i *like* having pretty, shiney things, and i *like* having little packages arrive in the mail, and i *like* buying books i won't have time to read for another three years. nyaa.
so. yeah. i spent like $90 on a pretty pin-up pink dress off trademe. and wore it out to me and Chris' 3 year dating-anniversary dinner last night.
we went to the Indian restaurant attached to Hoyts cinemas in town. yes, attached. it was very cold, and we didn't want to have to walk for ages, and we knew we wouldn't have ages between getting to town and the movie.
an can i just say: BEST. IDEA. EVAR.
that place is fan-freaking-tastic! first of all, they ask if you're there before a movie, and if it's soonish, they'll speed up the cooking of your food, so you have time to eat it before the movie. (not like Dennys. bastards.) second, holycrapamazing food. really. might i recommend also the cheese & garlic naan bread, which is garlicy enough to make your eyes water, and oh-so-freakin-tasty. XD AND, actual decent amounts of curry, not like Mayur on Riccarton road. pshhh.
and, just as a warning: you don't need any more rice. the smallish bowl they bring out for two people, when split in half, s erfect. at the time, you might feel like you need more rice, but i guarantee you, after about ten minutes, you'll be glad you didn't. XD
so. yeah. enough rambling about the SUPERFANTASTIC Indian. XD

we went to see Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull.
to completely lack spoilers, because i don't like giving spoilers at all: i loved it. it was awesome. kitschy, cheesy, and totally Indy.
and yes, Harrison Ford is still hot.
(also: i <3 the 50's. XD)

YAY.

um. what else? oh. i haven't been doing enough work for any of my classes. i think i'm getting sick. and i really can't be othered doing anything lately.
oh, except possibly organizing burlesque classes.
because i am made of win. :D
