Conclusions of Apartment Nine venture: 1. The people in this abysmal apartment are relatively friendly but weird. 2. I can't walk. 3. Inability to sleep.

In fact, I haven't slept in approximately 36 hours. Homework has kept me company, though. Done and done.

And who knew there were so many brands of cigarettes? I should have asked Kankurou what ( Read more... )

Shihouin Yoruichi,#14. Sorry for not saying coming by to say hi. I meant to,but I wanted to finish my painting first. Next thing I know 18 hours have passed by and it's 3 in the morning. That's not even close to my all time record(something like 44 hours although I could be wrong what with the hallucinations of Tare-Panda offering me a peppermint mocha frappucino and all. Floppy looking pandas aside, that was a production period. Five paintings done, averageing something like a painting almost every 9 hours, not counting the occasional snack break. But I digress).

Is college homework really that hard these days? Another reason I'm glad I never went.

It's fine. I usually don't bother with such things, but double teaming was inevitable (and hard to avoid). And I believe I have your record beat by at least four hours, though I tend not to hallucinate on account of lack of sleep. Paintings?

Not so much difficult as it is tedious.

I'm an artist, and once I'm on an inspirational kick I don't stop. Period. I don't usually stay up for THAT long, though. And what can I say, I like Tare-Panda and peppermint mocha frappucinos.I was so disappointed when the stopped making them. I'm not surprised you beat my record. I certainly have no intention of trying in the future. At least, not on purpose.
Tediousness sucks. Homework was bad enough to deal with in high school, even considering I did fairly well.

It's not that I purposely stay up for days at a time. I'm not even sure what causes my insomnia. As far as painting goes, I'll leave it to the professionals like yourself. My stick figures didn't even warrant those annoying gold stars when I was in pre-school. I tend to lean more towards words than pictures, anyhow.

It'll pay off in the end. I just have to work hard enough at it.

That doesn't make it any less of a pain though. And have to admire your talent with words. I've been trying to think of ways to combine them with my art,but have thus far failed to come up with something that doesn't sound...not trite, but just not up to what I feel is worth putting on my art.

My talent with words? It's not quite up to par, yet. And have you tried the glue on newspaper cut-outs method?

It isn't so much the means as the words themselves. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I understand. I do what I can most of the time.

...Aw, little brother, I never knew! I'll go get you some star stickers and I'll put them all up over your door and papers and forehead. ♥

Perhaps you should use them to decorate your forehead instead. I'm sure they'll match your face perfectly. ♥

But I wouldn't want to take away from your joy in having earned them. ♥

But if you wore them, you wouldn't be taking away anything. You'd be doing me a favor. ♥

I'm not that nice. ♥

Then don't bother offering to do something you normally wouldn't do in the first place. ♥ Someone might get the wrong impression...

Like I actually care, and you're not a gnome under all that makeup. Temari seems to be the exception.
