Crash!

Meh. I hate this. I get this horrible let down feeling when I finish something I've been working hard on. Bang. Boom.

ETA: Behold the nifty wallpaper I found. http://www.animepaper.net/downloads/wallpapers/24325/

art, writing, theories

I usually feel relieved, lol. Maybe a bit bittersweet, but it's mostly all positive. I'm usually excited to start the next story. I do take breaks between stories, though, to give myself time to "clear out" everything I was feeling about the previous story. Go ahead and let yourself wallow in those feelings a bit; get them out of your system. You'll be ready to start on a new project in no time. :)

You have to register to view that wallpaper. Is it a Loveless image?

It's definitely bittersweet. I mean, I was struggling a lot which is uncomfortable for me but that partly because of my own stupidity in losing most of it and having to rewrite. I am not a fan of rewrites. Editing yes, rewriting no.

I'm actually watching an anime I've discovered called Trinity Blood. I really think the guy on gaijinsmash.net is right. Japanese really do like to cry because every single episode of TB makes you want to cry for one reason or another.

Heh. And, the vas of both Ritsuka and soubi are in some of the episodes. Oh the angst!

Plus there was a character who actually looks uncannily like Soubi. It was a little freaky. He even has more hair than Soubi. LOL

Anyway, see if you can see the wallpaper now.http://www.animepaper.net/read/wallpapers/24325/42ACFC8B4BE60945019BB56E419BC7857003CE18/na/%5BAnimePaper%

Bugger. It's not that big a deal, it's just nice because it looks like a collection of photographs.

Heh. That link has PMS. ;) It's it just me or do any of you find yourselves less likely to register for something like this when the mods get all snippy with their forbidden messages and whatnot?

I've heard of Trinity Blood but I don't think I've seen it. What's it about? I'm always looking for new series to check out.

It's set into the future but the world is pretty much a 15th century european one where it's the vampires (methuselahs) against the humans (terrans ( ... )

anyway, so that's it. if you want to download it, I can point you where to get the eps.

Hmm, that might be reason enough to watch right there. ;) Is the creator of this series a friend of Kouga Yun? I've noticed that when mangakas are friends, they seem to get a kick out of doing this sort of thing, adding in characters or plot elements that play off the other mangaka's characters.

I don't know. He actually died before his novels (and I think game) could be made into an anime.

Here's some pictures and other stuff.

Abel - Mind Mannered Pseudo Priest

Abel is pretty much the main character with a ton of supporting characters around him.

Hughe - aka Sword Dancer aka looks a lot like Soubi

Ion - Duke of somewhere aka voiced by same person as Ritsuka

Radu - aka also Duke of somewhere aka voiced by same person as Soubi

Abel about to put the hurt on a bad guy

Abel really means it!

If you want to download eps, you can go here

Since they are in rmvb format, you may need this

4cc codec pack (first one on this page

And also this real media alternative which contains the media player classic as well as other cool junk.

Heh. Enjoy!

Oh, also, TB has a fantastic opening song!

Trinity Blood is also showing on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, just before Bleach. I haven't actually been following it, but I have the TV on mute to watch The Pretty. : )

Aha... It did sound vaguely familiar once you both started describing it. I must have seen flashes of it on Adult Swim. I haven't watched AS in awhile, as I always seem to forget it's on, so I'm not familiar with what all they're showing now.

I rarely watch tv unless it's something on dvr or on dvd. I hate commercials and it's all a big pain to remember what's on when.

lol That's my problem. I can't remember when things are supposed to be on. Or maybe I'm just too lazy to bother? I don't watch a lot of TV either, and when I do watch, I tend to watch channels more than I watch actual shows. I can turn Food Network on and have it running in the background all day long because there's always something that will catch my interest, even if there really aren't any shows I'm waiting for specifically.

I wish I lived in a city that got the Anime Channel. I'd never turn it off! lol
