the over 30mph wheelchair!

For the past few years, I've been bothering my friends with random chatter about a new potential form of commuter vehicle. The idea is simple enough, and more or less derived from a robot wars train of thought. Take the existing electric wheelchair technology, and speed it up well over 20mph, with 2 deep cycle batteries. It might need a slight "transformer" effect to lower the center of gravity for higher speeds, and maybe get the nose out a little further.

Today, I read that the toyota i-swing has made my hypothetical idea in a concept vehicle. The first version was slow, but they're over 30mph now.
