Singles Awareness Day,
Oh Valentine's Day, you useless holiday for people who don't have anyone.
Seems everyone I know is getting married - many of my cousins, many of my friends. Most of whom younger than me by some years. As much as I try to ignore it, the pressure is on.
College is unfortunately not terribly helpful in this regard. In all of my classes, there are precisely 7 girls out of roughly 60 students. Of those, like 5 of them are ten years younger or more.
They say there's more women then men in college anymore, but that certainly isn't true in the tech field. Not by a long shot.
By and large I don't have time for romance anyway. My degree is demanding and it'll only get more demanding as time goes on.
I consider dying alone one of the greatest failures a person can have. I may have checkmated myself there due to life choices, but it isn't over quite yet.
Ugh, why do all the girls I really like happen to live hundreds or thousands of miles away? :P
