Yay! I used is as soon as I got home from my chiro appointment. I wore it for about 30 minutes. As with the stim at Dr. K's office, the immediate after-effect was a slight increase in pain, but today my back definitely feels better. Yay! I forsee my new Sunday night routine including a hot bath* followed by a TENS application. Having this should really reduce the post-weekend relapse syndrome I've been experiencing.
*I realized yesterday that I completely missed taking a hot bath last weekend. I usually take one at least once during the weekend. Missing it certainly didn't do me any good, and taking one might have prevented yesterday's muscle spasm.
