Just a quicky. I had a good chiro visit yesterday. I was able to report no pain at all that day, and only a little low back pain the day before. Dr. K said everything seemed to be doing well. She dropped me down to "Maintenance" level. I feel like I'm quite at "maintenance" yet, and I'm still seeing her twice a week, but I guess that means I'm doing better.
The new technique she tried on my sacrum last week--using a drop table to try and push it back into correct alignment--has had good results. My lumbar didn't need any adjustment this visit at all. Yay! I think this technique will work!
No pain again today. I'm not kidding myself that I'm out of the woods yet, though. I've been through this too many times. I kind of wonder if my body will start over with the progressive problems up the spine from the bottom to the top. Last week my lower back was hurting; I wouldn't be too surprised if I don't twinge my middle back again. Hopefully not as bad this time. I'll try to take it as it comes.
I asked Dr. K about my new want, an kneeling chair. She said it looked like it would be good. So I may soon be ordering one of these:
Right now I'm looking forward to the weekend, specifically tomorrow morning, so I can sleep in and hopefully make up the sleep I lost by having to get up too early this week. People who like DST are just nuts, IMO.
