Sick
I've noticed a lot of people sick, both here and at work, and I wondered how long I could hold out. I finally succumbed. A coworker came down sick Thursday and left work early; I think she gave me her virus before she left. I have a sore throat, runny nose, and slightly achy muscles. I'll have to skip the Easter dinner with rfunk's family this afternoon.
I'm sipping hot tea with honey, and reading recipe directions to rfunk while he makes the Tuscan Bean Ragout he's taking to the family dinner. It's a pretty day. The sun is out for once, and sunlight streams into the kitchen, making it a pleasant place to hang out and rest.
