Tree purchase, and chair massages

Last Thursday my dance teacher took me to a plant sale at a local arboretum, where she bought me a year's membership which is good for a discount on plant buys. I looked around for a long time, and talked to a master gardener, before I settled on a witch hazel tree. Apparently witch hazel has pretty, fragrant flowers in early spring, just when I need flowers the most. I took it out to the farmhouse and planted it on Saturday.

But before I did that, I gave chair massages at a "Spa Day" that a church in Pataskala held for Mother's Day. Pataskala is about 15 minutes from where I'm going to be living. My MT lent me her chair so I could do it. She's so good to me! Actually, she had said she would do it and then backed out because she took the week off to paint her new house. So she felt I was doing her a favor. I worked for tips only, and I made $50! I passed out a number of business cards. I think I may get at least one or two clients out of it. It would be great if I could get clients near the farmhouse. I also enjoyed giving chair massages. I definitely have to buy myself a massage chair.
