So... meh. It's upsetting that he died, but I expected him to get kicked off the island before the books were through --so Harry could RiseToPoweryGoodness. I thought the Rosmerta part was a little silly and last-minute... and fanfictioney. And... well, it looks as if Snape's picked his side even though I think he may have only gone through with things because of that damn Super Oath.
If he's bad, at least I get Bad!Snape fanfiction.
(The HalfBloodPrince twist was disappointing...)
The book was kinda disappointing, but she couldn't -really- combine it with the seventh to make it whole. Too heavy. Plus, why miss out on such a good and magickey number?
In short: I finished HPatHBP last night. I'm going to be Molly Weasley when I grow up.
