have you ever had a headache so bad that it feels like your nose is going to exploded and it constantly looks like something is twitching out of the corner of your eye? for some reason, aspirin is doing nothing for this one.
Never had a headache affecting my nose that bad. Though it does sound like you might have something like a Sinus infection or something along those lines.
