Dad's going to Costa Rica for the week. This means that with the exception of Helmar popping in every now and then, I have the house to myself \o/
This week also brings the begining of my "I Weigh 200 Pounds and I'm Not Happy" training regiment. I've been slacking off and gaining weight ever since the gym shut down. Figuring I need something to stick to, I'll start off easy then work my way up. 30-60 minutes of walking, followed by 15-30 minutes of weights (Why is 25 pounds so hard for me now? ;_; I used to be able to do 35 easily), followed by a half hour of DDR.
Well, that's two out of the three I enjoy. Now if only they came out with Weight Weight Revolution or something like that. >_>
