They don't like me either, so screw it. lol.
No really. I wanted to be serious. The debate that you've brought up has been argued before, and what was found was that there was no way to judge the KKK for acts they had perpetrated, with the exception of a few.
The bottom line is, while it is abiding in the constitution to burn a cross of your own lawn, it is against the law to do so on another person's lawn- especially if the reason for your doing it is to affect that person.
It's freedom of speech to stand there and speak, but once you start forcing your views on other people- and only those who you call your enemy- then it's time you get taken in.
I often wonder why the United States will find the KKK unlawful, but then do nothing about it.
I really should have paid more attention when the idiots in the hizzous were arguing the very thing.
Mainly, I just wanted to show you that the KKK in fact has done things contrary to law, and that it does not deserve to be an existing faction. Like the IRA, they should be disarmed.
Fortunately, they can be disarmed once the US hands over national sovereignty to the United Nations.

That's not MY argument - it's a comment I snatched from a conservative poster on a message board because I think it misses the point in an almost comical way.

That kinda sounded like something a lawyer would say.
I suppose I was just taking the opportunity to explain some of the points that came from capitol hill at a time when they were debating that very idea.
