Some potentially excellent news!!!
We got the offer back on our house today, a bona-fide offer, which we signed! That means they have 10 days to do the inspection and get their stuff together. I'm excited, but not overly so, it's still not final. We plan to close on Wednesday, March 2nd, but we don't have to move out until that weekend. I've spent eight long months scoping out houses in Houston on line. Now I can go and look at these places, actually walk through and check them out! I love house hunting. We're going to rent, not buy. I know exactly what we want and the location we want to live, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find something. I'll be so relieved when we sign the papers.
