Nearly Christmas...
Good morning fellow beings...
Haven't updated in quite some time so I thought now that I had five minutes that I would. :) It is now 5 days until that Merry time of year known fondly as CHRISTMAS! YAY! You would think that being my age the effect would be slightly diluted by now, but not so... Christmas is christmas as far as I'm concerned, whatever age you be...
Okay well the Panto (Santa Claus; Grove Theatre Group) was fucking brillant. I played the part of the 'bad guy' "Mephistopheles" and found it really fun and entertaining. I only got to perform 4 shows, but I really enjoyed myself. I was ragin' when it was all said and done... I'd happily run the show for another week. I felt at least I proved myself to the Grove and that was my aim. So I'm happy, as Taz put it: "You made wains cry you evil bastard"...
Ummm... Here's a message for JP - GET WELL SOON MATE! We missed you on Saturday night, it wasn't really the same without you... We ended up staying in the Linen Hall all night altho we didn't get there til about 11.30. The band were AMAZING and they finished with their rendition of the Pogues "Fairytale Of New York"...
Today (Sunday) Niamhus & I had our 1-Year Anniversary!! YAY!! I took her to see 'The Phantom Of The Opera' and it was INCREDIBLE! It really was a fantastic show. Then we headed to the 720 for a bit of Gerryoke! Shaunsy, Danielle, Kev, Fro, Darryl, Caoimhe and Kieran all turned up and Tracey (v. old friend) showed up with her mum! It was a cracker night and we kicked things off with our own rendition of "Fairytale Of New York"... Gerry then gave me a lift home :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL... I'll be in AMSTERDAM on Boxing Day!!!!
