Amazon Swim

I was reading MSNBC a while ago, and came across an article about a man named Martin Strel. Mr. Strel is a professional marathon swimmer who is going to attempt to swim the Amazon.

I am terrified for this guy, because we all know what kind of creatures make the Amazon their home. I'm praying that he makes it, not only because he has dedicated this swim to the preservation of the rainforest, to raising awareness for Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders, and to promoting telemedicine as a valuable tool in bringing modern medicine to remote areas, but because he seems like a nice guy and I'd like to see him succeed.

However, thinking about this swim brought on a poll. We all know what dangers lie ahead for Martin Strel. Which one do you think poses the biggest problem?
