Another good man dies

Nov 12, 2006 11:13

Despite his religious orientation, Harry Lehotsky did a lot of good in the 'hood. Creating low income housing for the sober he did a lot to reclaim the area I lived in. This was at a time where government housing (ie tenements) in the same neighbourhood was a complete failure consistently overrun by crack dealers, hookers, and every other form of low life scum. Lehotsky's New Life Ministry buildings were clean, quiet, safe places for decent poor folks to live in a not so nice neighbourhood. Rest in peace Reverend Lehotsky, you were a good man.
