day two of the scotsman.

legs and core.

leg presses. leg lifts. fucked up crunches that involve a medicine ball and one of thoes big exercise balls.

lemme just say it's extremly difficult not to rip the loudest fart when you doing any of thoes types of workouts.

upper body, no problem.

when your flexing any muscle that is anywhere near your stomach or ass, it wants to violently squeeze out any gas contained therein.

it also doesn't help that the two of your are wise asses and you crack jokes the whole time. so about your 2nd set 12 reps in the other person says something really funny and you start to laugh which can take any amount of weight you are working with and suddenly give you the strength of a 5 year old.

combine this with the previously mentioned flatulence and you flat out shit your pants.
